Ferrari F2003-GA 2003 F1 Art Print

The Ferrari F2003-GA delivered Ferrari's 5th straight Constructors' Championship and Michael Schumacher's 6th Drivers' crown. Such was Ferrari's domination in 2002, that the F2002 was deemed to be good enough to compete for 2003. And it was.

The F2003-GA was introduced mid way through the 2003 season, bang in the middle of a raging tyre war between Bridgestone and Michelin. The "GA" in the model name stood for Gianni Agnelli, former head of FIAT who had recently passed away. While the new car was an improvement, as it won the first 3 out of 4 races it competed in, it was hard on its tyres. As a result, the Michelin-shod teams like McLaren and Williams were able to push Michael Schumacher right until the end in the championship fight.
