Lotus 99T - 1987 F1 Art Print

Designed for the 1987 season by Gerard Ducarouge. The car was powered by a Honda turbocharged 1.5-liter engine. The 99T was equipped with electronic active suspension which added considerable volume and weight to the car. Despite this, Senna’s driving got the best out of the car and it was often the fastest in the straight lines. The car’s livery represented the bright yellow and blue of Camel, a sharp contrast to the Black and Gold from John Player Special of the previous year. Senna achieved 2 victories and 8 podiums with this car for a third position on the driver's championship in his last year at Lotus.
