Shipping and Delivery

GiorgioPiola.com ships globally from our warehouse in the United States of America (Miami, FL). Orders received before 12pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the same day unless stated otherwise on our website.

We will do our best to have orders delivered to you before the promised date. Please take into consideration that shipments are fully reliant on postal services. In addition, international shipments are subjected to customer brokerage processes governed by local national and international laws.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. In times, these confirmation e-mails are routed to the spam folder of some e-mail applications. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive your e-mail. Please contact us at info@ giorgiopiola.com if you have any questions on your order.

Depending on postal services technology, you will receive a shipment notification once your order has left our facility. This email could include tracking information dependent on availability of such service provided by postal services.

CARRIERS USED

For US/Americas orders we use both USPS and UPS, with a variety of service options. For Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Oceania we strive to constantly offer the most affordable and reliable service providers including DHL & UPS.

In some cases, merchandise and models may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ facilities in which case a different courier service may be used. This is likely to happen in the event of orders containing artwork, memorabilia or high-end models.

We pride ourselves on being able to ship to virtually any address in the world. There are, however, restrictions on some products due to weight, size, price and dimension. In the unlikely event of us being unable to ship to you, we we will notify you accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When shipping abroad, you order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
GiorgioPiola.com has no control over import duties and taxes, hence our impossibility of predicting how much, if anything, is to be paid by our customers for customs clearance purposes. In addition, this situation makes it impossible for GiorgioPiola.com to charge any of these amounts in advance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; it is best to contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from GiorgioPiola.com from outside the United States of America (or Europe for certain products), you are considered the importer of record and, as such, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If for any reason an international order is refused for non-payment of duties, there is a 30% restocking fee on the refund and we are unable to refund the shipping charges.
