At GiorgioPiola.com, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We trust you will be pleased with your purchase and that it has arrived in good time and condition. Occasionally though, we know that problems do occur and we will strive to deal with these as efficiently as possible.
If you receive an order that is visibly damaged, immediately notify the carrier and please contact Giorgio Piola Customer Service at email@example.com immediately. All claims will be handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist you with the claim to the best of our ability.
Should you need to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item. Please ensure products are returned unused and with all product tags still attached. The items must arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state otherwise a re-stock fee will be charged.
Please note items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase.
Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery. When returning an item, please download and complete our Returns Form and return it together with your parcel to our warehouse quoted in the paperwork. Please include your order number on the returns form so we can tie this back to your original order.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, and if goods are valuable you may wish to ensure they are adequately insured whilst en-route to us, as goods are returned at your own risk. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once we have received it.
Please do not send unsolicited or unlabelled packages to us, we will not be able to identify the order, or who placed it. Please follow the “RETURN” process always, unless otherwise indicated by our staff.
If your order arrives damaged, please us send a photo of the damage by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honour your return.
